PILGRIMAGE

• ​All vendors will be allowed to showcase their approved products on the following days:  Thursday October 12th 2023 and on Saturday October 14th 2023​ and only during the time-frame and hours set forth by the THP organizers. (Schedule will be emailed to you before Oct. 10th)

• ​Vendors may only sell from their own table/designated area that will be determined and set up by THP Staff.

• ​Vendors may ONLY sell the specific products approved by the THREE HEARTS PILGRIMAGE directors. If items are found to be for sale that were not submitted for pre-approval to info@threeheartspilgrimage.org, then the vendor will be asked to shut down immediately and possibly asked to leave the premises for the duration of the event, without vendor fee refunds. (If you are reading this and have not submitted a product list/images or screenshots of your merchandise, please do so now to the email address above before continuing here.)

• At any time during the 2023 Three Hearts Pilgrimage event taking place from October 12th - October 14th, a vendor's THP License to Sell may be revoked and vendor may be removed for any reason deemed necessary by any of the Three Hearts Pilgrimage directors, without vendor fee refunds. ​
